What kind of shipping is available?
Currently, all orders use drop shipping, and go through different fulfillment centers depending on where your order is headed. Carriers used include FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, USPS, and DPD depending on where you are in the world.
Where will you ship to?
For now, just the United States and Canada. The time it takes to research and add up shipping costs, calculating taxes, and more adds up real fast. (And, as of me writing this in April 2025, it's a *fucking mess* in the United States and I don't know what's going to happen with tariffs). For a small store on a trial run, I can't really justify expanding to other countries unless there's real interest.
How long will shipping take?
This mostly depends on the product, but most orders should arrive in a week or two for the United States, while it may take three or more weeks for international orders due to ship times and customs.
Can I return or replace something?
Absolutely, we've all been there. Mistakes happen. You deserve to receive what you ordered. When something with your order isn't right, please contact me at [email protected], and I'll figure out how to fix it.
